Fun Filled Weekend!

What a weekend my family and I had! The first leg of our journey took us to Northville, MI to the annual Ghoultide Gathering. I have been wanting to get to this gathering for the past 2 years and finally made it and it was so worth the drive! I will go back each year because the artians and atmosphere is just that good!

I met so many wonderful people and it was so great to be able to put a face with a name. Below is one of the treasures I purchased from my friend Pam Gracia of Soft in the Head. When we got there, it started raining, so I wasn't able to take many pictures. But if you go to Pam's blog, she has some great pics to share with you!

It was just a super fun day! After the show, we traveled north to Bass Pro Shops in Auburn Hills, MI. My hubby was in heaven and soon my daughter was also in heaven when we realized a huge mall was attached to the store. LOL

Four hours later, we were back in our little house ready to start the next day!

Wow, this event looks so amazing after reading your blog along with Pam and Lori's, it looks like I might be adding this to my destination list for next Fall. or I'll just stow away in the trunk of your car.
Love that little mouse. Pam is so talented.
Blessings and hope all is well with you and yours.

Hi Kathy!

Was great to have you come by our spot at Ghoultide. Was so nice to see you again. I actually detoured us to that Williamsburg event at Wooster you mentioned...Pam discovered the gift shop while I checked out the rest of the exhibitors and the Alpacas. Man they had some nice furniture in one of those barns! Pam came home with a Christmas tree...go figure!

Take Care,
Dan

ghoultide was an amazing show. I was looking at that same mousy. I love her work and stood at her table forever. The weather wasn't the greatest but my hubby and I still walked all through the houses in the the vilage. Can't wait for next year!!
