Peter, Peter, Pumpkin Eater......

hehehehehe Well, I had a little fun with a nursery rhyme last week when I was creating this piece. I'm sure you all know the old version of Peter, Peter, Pumpkin Eater...... well, here is my modern, updated one, in doll form:

Paula, Paula, Pumpkin Wife;
Tired of being couped up all her life.
She broke out of her pumpkin shell;
And now she keeps HIM very well.

Summertime Fun in the Sun!

Since a vacation, to the beach, is out of the question for me this year, I thought I would dream of it through my dolls. I love making my beach themed dollies and this guy screams the water!! He has three things going for him that I hardly ever do.....one, he's a boy; two, he has ears; and three, he has sculpted toes! I named my little man Big Ben, the Barefoot Beach Life Guard. Awfully long name for this little dude, but he is full of charm! Here is his link if you would like to see more pics of him:

Ben has FREE shipping to the US and ends on Friday night, the 15th of May.

Here's hoping your vacation dreams come true! Thanks for stopping by and have yourself a Primsical Day!

Happy Monday!

After much going back and forth in my mind, I have decided to sell my doll model on Ebay. This is the Springtime Raggedy Ann that was a feature in the April issue of Doll Crafter & Costuming Magazine. Here's her link if you would like to see more pics and her description:

I also decided that I'm going to do a little bit of Halloween and Fall year round. This is my most favorite season to sew for. I'm hoping by the time my fabric stash wears away, that my favorite Amish Quilt shop will have their new stash out! LOL A girl can dream can't she?!?!? If I would have only known when I was younger that I would get sew excited to visit a fabric shop and see all the eye candy before me! LOL

This witch has a 3-D look to her. Check out her profile with her chin, lips and nose. Very different for me! Here is Talia's link:

I am also going to be closing down my website very soon. I will start up a selling blog where all my patterns can be found and purchased. That is another decision that has been rolling around my brain, but it's time.
Thanks for stopping by! Hope you all have a Primsical Day!
